Unfortunately an order cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

Our system is not able to add inventory onto an existing order. A new, separate order needs to be placed. Please email us atorders@shopnoralee.comonce you have added an additional styles to a new order and we will do our best to refund the shipping on your second order.

The purpose of offering exchange only for Noralee is that the brand was created for, and is inspired by, huge and meaningful events in your life. We want to make pieces that create beauty and wonder for this occasion and never want to ship out a pre-worn piece to someone who is going to celebrate their event. This policy ensures that every piece you get is new and beautiful, and not a pre-worn and returned item. Our goal is for every package to arrive beautiful, new, and to enhance your day. For this reason we include the disclaimer at the cart level that must be selected by anyone advancing to purchase to state that the item is for exchange only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, head to: Noralee Returns

If you place an order for 2 Day Air, it will usually be fulfilled within 24-48 hours (please note, we do not ship on the weekends), and then will take 2 business days to be delivered. 
2 Day Air is not available during launches and for the two weeks following.

All 2-Day Air shipments process and deliver on business days only (M-F) and do not deliver on weekends. This is a FedEx policy and limitation. 

2-Day Air Orders are shipped via FedEx and cannot be delivered to PO box addresses which only accept UPS and USPS.

Shipping & Handling

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Noralee and tracking number.

Standard Shipping:
ships from warehouse in 3-5 business days. package is delivered in 2-5 business days after date shipped

2nd Day Air:
ships from warehouse in 1-2 business days. package is delivered in 2-3 business days after date shipped.

International Shipping:
ships from warehouse in 3-5 business days. package is delivered in 10-21 business days after date shipped.

*Please note these are estimates. We cannot control the pace of the package once it is in the hands of the individual carriers but are only stating their published shipping timelines.

For domestic orders, standard shipping is free over $100 USD, and expedited shipping is available at an increased rate. For domestic orders under $100 USD, we offer a flat shipping rate of $8 USD.

All orders using a 2-Day shipping option, if placed before 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time on a business day, will be prioritized and shipped out by 12:00pm the next day in most cases. These orders will always ship withing 48 hours on business days.

2-Day Air Orders are shipped via FedEx and cannot be delivered to PO box addresses which only accept UPS and USPS.

These orders only ship on weekdays, orders will not ship or process on weekends.

For orders showing as delivered that are not present at your residence or show up damage, you can place an immediate claim and be reimbursed right away here if you have opted into package protection with Route. 

*For all uninsured packages we will submit a claim with the carrier on your behalf to search out where it may be. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to resolve the issue with the carrier and get an update from them as often these will deliver a day or two later. 

We do ship internationally to most global regions. All international orders go out via FedEx International Economy and arrive within 5-7 days from the time of shipment. Duties and taxes are included with the freight costs at no markup on our end.

International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges and are considered FINAL SALE.

By paying duties & taxes at checkout, you skip customs and are able to receive your package much faster.

We are unable to falsify the prices of our items on customs forms or mark international purchases as gifts.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only.Our commitment for Noralee is that each and every customer gets a brand new item for their special occasion to create memories with and for this reason we do not accept back any returns on products except for exchange on size or store credit.

Any return shipment handed off to carriers without a proof of the exchange will still be considered the property of the customer. Whenever dropping a package for return please always get a receipt for the drop-off as this shows us the package is in the custody of the carrier. Any order lost in transit that is in the custody of the carrier will not be the responsibility of the customer and will still be redeemed as a valid return. 

*Due to international freight costs and added liability on return pacakges internationally all International Sales are considered final sale and not eligible for return / exchange. Please contact us for a list of retailers in your region if needed.

- We stand by all our product and want you to be assured that your item is made with care and will last through standard wear and tear when included use/care instructions are followed. In the case that there is an issue related to a defect, please notify us within 30 days of the receipt of your product if there are issues with the product in its new and unworn condition. Items washed / worn are not eligible for returns / exchange when any damage is related to standard product wear and tear.
